35: feedback

I am thankful for receiving some honest feedback from my chief today. Actually, I'm stunned and somewhat pissed, but still thankful for the opportunity to work on some of my weaknesses. And thankful that he wants to make me better. Apparently he wants to make me a leader, but I am honestly doubtful I will be able to live up to his expectations.
