30: of palmar rashes

A completely uneventful day except I ran into an old coworker from residency which was nice. And I diagnosed someone with late latent syphilis. That was pretty cool. Reminds me of one of the coolest patients I saw in residency, a man I admitted at 3 or 4am who came in with the characteristic palmar rash of syphilis. It was textbook and one of the neatest things I've ever seen. Luckily it's treatable. I'm thankful for that.
