142: oakland

east bay core meeting. meaning my day was nonstop - morning clinic, then off to oakland in traffic after a quick lunch, meeting where we debate about what the blood pressure goal is, drive back to richmond in traffic, back to office where everything had gone out of control, trying to get things back in order, then off to swimming which i really didn't have much energy to do anymore. thankful i didn't go nuts today.
